Software Design On Enterprise File & Archive Management Information System Based On Web

The thesis summarizes the development of archives management system software, introduces the design thought of the object-oriented technology and the development of the software engineering, briefly presents the basic concept of the object-oriented technology, the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and the architecture of the network. The process of designing archives management system software by use of the object-oriented technology is discussed emphatically. Then according to this idea, a set of archives management system software of Mian Yang Water Works Group is designed in the concrete. Finally the thesis describes the realization and the usage of the archives management system software. During the design procedure, this paper uses popular UML as a tool, adopts some design pattern and application program frame that has been proved to be efficacious in fact, which makes design clear and design time shorter. This dissertation includes the following main contents contrapose the scheme of Enterprise Archives Management System:Use the idea of requirement engineering to implement a good requirement analysis.Use the advanced tools to set up a prototype of the system, and complete the synoptic design of every module, based on requirement analysis.Code and test every module in the development environment of Windows 2000.finaly complete the integrative test of the system.The main modules included in the Enterprise Archives Management System are Input Archives, Archives Statistic, Archives Query, Print Report Form, Destroy Archives, System Maintenance. The system will implement:Manage all files and archives of Mian Yang Water Work Group.Manage files and archives borrowing. System can realize date exchange by DBF or XML.The data is unaided, it can insure the integrality and the security of the data.Data setting is accord with archives sign rule(DA/T18-1999).Letter use XML, and RTF.TXT, image use JPEG, TIFF, video use MPEG, AVI, audio use MP3, WAV. Monitor and control the operation to the system and make records.The system have friendly interfaces and can be operated easily.
