The resource management system adopts B/S development mode and the current popular development technology, ASP.NET, and Microsoft’s powerful Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2005 as the development platform, uses the object-oriented language c # as development language.Development of the system is based on software engineering development process, combining the related theory of resource management, it analyzes the detailed requirements of enterprise resource management, it will get the overall design for system implementation, the system will be divided with modular division, and designed according to system function, including the friendly human-machine interface, the business process implementation and security, etc. This paper expounds the project resource management system includes the realization process of functional design, database design and the realization of each function module, system verification, etc.In this paper the project resource management software system is achieved, it is an information management system based on the characteristics of the enterprise resource management, combining the theory of resource management, and collecting material, equipment, data file resource management in an integration, if it has the targeted management of the enterprise resources, it can improve the efficiency of enterprise management for the resources, and improve the economic benefits of the project, so as to promote the development of enterprises.
