The new stage of our eramakes construction enterprises face increasingly complex environment factors, which leads tothe fundamental revolution of construction enterprise management system. With theapplication of modern science and technology and information technology, the modes ofenterprise information collection, processing and utilization need to change fundamentally. Ininformation society, the sign of enterprise management informationization is the formation ofclosely cooperative supply chains among enterprises. The realization of constructionenterprises’ information integration management by taking advantage of Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) can optimize enterprise resource allocation and improve enterprisecompetitiveness.In this thesis design, advanced information technology and data transmission technologyare integrated effectively in construction enterprise’ information management system. At thesame time, resource management system aided by computer is built according to the basic procedureof operation and management in construction enterprise. The thesis is divided into two parts:overall design and detailed design. The overall design is mainly to complete user requirementsanalysis, system process model design, choice of development tools, choice of developmentcontrol, system function model design and so on. The detailed design is mainly to complete thedivision of database management and administrative authority of construction enterprisepersonnel, the design and function realization of core resource cost budget subsystem, coreresource cost budget subsystem, core resource cost plan subsystem and core resource costanalysis subsystem. Enterprise Digital Nervous Net System based on the knowledge oftechnology information control equipment is built. Construction enterprise managementprocess is rebuilt. The cost resources of construction enterprise’ premises and equipment, materialand fund, information and personnel are planned reasonably. Enterprise operation condition isfollowed. The enterprise business operational process is controlled and supervised. Thus usefulinformation can be provided for the decision made by enterprise manager, which realizes thequalitative leap of management. With the advancement of management philosophy and the improvement of networktechnology, the informationization of computer-aided construction enterprise cost managementis bound to apply extensively to construction enterprises. With the accurate and detailed costmanagement, construction project cost management can be controlled effectively. The costmanagement process of construction enterprise can be improved effectively by optimalallocation of construction enterprise resources. |
