Construction Of Supplier Management System In Power Supply Enterprise

As the growth of the power demand and the improvement of power quality requirment, the power supply enterprise as the pusher of power industry chain shoulders the important responsibility to of gurantee the electricity supply safety. In order to further ensure the satety of power supply and improve the quality of transmission and transformation equipment supply, in this paper supplier relationship management system of power supply enterprise will be studied. In the process of research, this paper put the research status at home and abroad as background,and studied related theories support of supplier relaitionship management.For supplier qualification evaluation work, the paper starts from the construction mathod and principle to establishes the indicator system containing suppliers’basic information, finatinal condition, technology level, quality management ability and service ability, and apply the multi-objective decision-making model of Topsis (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) to evaluate supplier’s qualification level.For supplier performance evaluation work, the paper builds the supplier performance evaluation indicator system which includs qualification, purchase, manufacture, contract enforcement, installation situation and operation&maintance level from the angle of quality, cost, development, delivery and management(QCDDM for short). Finally, the paper designs supplier classification management criterion for performance and dependence relationship, and classify supplier using the model of decision tree analysis model. Furthermore, the supplier relationship management analysis software will be developed, which contains three module like qualification module, performance module and classification management module.Through supplier relationship management, power supply enterprise can solve the problems of delivery delay, poor good quality and so on, and further to help decrease the cost, shorten production and delivery cycle, and finally improve power supply enterprise operation efficiency and marketing competitive capacity.
