Technically, the architecture uses visual development tools, focusing on user friendly design, which makes the interface simple and easy to learn.The electronic file system is a file digitization management platform, the file personnel may use this system to appraisal, to file, to generate, to print the table of contents, to transfer and to destruct documents. Meanwhile, they are also able to inquire and borrow files, and keep statistics to the use of file. The electronic file system has the pivotal status as information system's sub-system.This article introduced in detail the design and realization of the file management system, and illustrated the key technologies uses in this systemThis article first introduced the characteristics of the electric power company management and the electric construction company management, focusing on the function and development of file management system. we chose Microsoft SQL Server2000 as the database server, which compiles in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005 C#. It realizes the backstage code and the page development, and compiles the client side script language in JavaScript.Then, this article introduced the Thermal Power Construction Company informationization system's demand analysis and the database design, including the system function analysis, the functional module division and the database design.Finally, this article describes the realization of this system, as well as the realization of the corresponding client side and its merit.
