At present, the main banking industry is still state-owned commercial banks, and the operation of the rural economy development and more rural commercial banks and rural credit cooperatives based on, compared to the traditional, joint-stock banks reform makes the rural enterprises, rural economic development, has a better financial platform, support the steady development of local economy.Currently, the development of our country rural commercial bank is still on the rise. Faced with change management model reform, business transformation and human structures, at this stage of its development is also affected by many factors such as corporate culture. Easy to see that management level employees for enhancing the competitiveness of the corporate culture and has a very important meaning and value.In this thesis,the development of rural commercial bank staff information system as the main line,combining technical analysis, functional analysis, system and describes the design demand, function modules of the target, method. Understanding the characteristics of rural commercial banks ability of application in personnel management in general, management level is relatively poor, relatively small scale of enterprises, on the basis of this, using ASP, SQL Server technology, combined with the rural commercial bank staff management information needs and objectives, the design and construction of information management module and employee training, performance appraisal, job placement directly related, and the effective docking with the bank’s internal OA system, provide more additional work arrangement, guidance of personnel information management system, the overall structure of good module design and analysis. The characteristics of this system are simply, quick, conducive to the personnel management application for the rural commercial bank, and meet future expansion needs development of rural commercial bank.In this thesis, the structure frame of personnel information management system of domestic rural commercial banks to conduct a comprehensive design, provide reference for the development and application of human resource management in China’s rural commercial bank.
