Commercial Bank Customer Information System Design And Implementation

Modern enterprises had started to use the Customer Information System(CIF) and to manage the Information that was related to the Customer,the main means is computer technology. Customer information system is not only an application of the enterprise information system, but also the key of the modern enterprise operation and management activities,supporting the whole background of functional activities. Along with market competition was intensify, the Data collection was by attention more and more, many large companies began to construe the customer relationship management, for the bank, is no exception. customers of Bank are very diverse, carries on the management to make business is more good, save a lot of time and manpower cost, so for the bank customer information system construction had also became a pressing task.Based on the above background, this study was carried out the design and implementation of customer information system for commercial Banks(hereinafter referred to as bank A).This study uses the J2 EE platform, using java language to code implementation, and using the database Server, the client part was the UNIX, customer information system in the process of interaction with external application system data, fully considering the flexibility of data and interchangeability of design principle, system also used the online processing technology, can in the case of huge amounts of data, in the case of customer concurrency is too big, can still maintain the stability of the system, its good middleware technology, for the customer information data consistent and accurate is a kind of guarantee.Main content of this study are as follows: first of all, for the research background and significance, research status, and then for the key technology of system design, such as J2 EE platform, three layer architecture and database technology are analyzed; Followed by the design of the system requirements, divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements, on the basis of the division for the users, and gives the basic use cases. On this basis, the design of the system, the use of flow chart for the design of the core modules, using the ER diagram and the database tables for the design of the database, the last part is the system implementation and testing, and summarizes the whole research.This study is currently in a commercial bank’s actual operation, running effect is good, there are some shortcomings, also is improving and perfecting.
