| Asset management has been an important part of the daily management of the bank, especially with the deepening of banking information technology, asset management objects are also some fixed assets from the original equipment, extended to IT hardware and software. Because IT assets has its particularity, the traditional asset management can not meet the current needs of the asset maintenance work, therefore, the subject for the current situation of a bank’s IT Asset Management to discuss the design and implementation of IT assets management system.Thesis research status after in-depth analysis, combined with user needs, the system gives the building program. The proposed scheme based on ASP.NET technology, the Visual Studio and SQL Server platform, the three-tier IT asset management system, and will apply ITSM(IT Service Management, IT Service Management) in order to process the core of management thinking into the system designs and implements workflow technology through core business processes. Thesis focuses on the implementation process of the asset register, asset repair, asset allocation and other functional modules, and the actual business processes of each functional module, detailing the implementation of the workflow, a method and event functions to achieve. In addition, the thesis test environment IT asset management systems and methods were introduced, and the specific test cases illustrate the functional testing process system to verify the correctness of the system functions.This thesis discusses the IT asset management system, compared with traditional asset management system, on the one hand, the realization of intangible assets to maintain and expand the scope of asset management; on the other hand, in order to strengthen the process as the core management model to achieve maintenance of the asset life cycle. Currently, the IT asset management system has been run on a bank line.
