The management of asset data is an important part of daily affairs management in colleges, but the asset management in colleges and universities is still on the basis of artificial management or simple information storage and process automation of asset management has not been achieved. Therefore, to analyze the problems in the process of informatization of asset management in colleges and universities and design a set of automation system which meets the demand of assets management by combining with existing office automation technology is very important.First of all, illustrates the research situation and development trend of workflow technology, and then introduces theory knowledge and implementation technology involved in the design of system and analyzes the requirement of Xiangsihu College of Guangxi University for Nationalities in the usage of assets management system,so it can be seen from this sense that the system completely meets the requirements of workflow technology.In this according to the analysis that the introduction ofasset management system for college base on web and workflow technology.The system is designed to combine JBPM framework with SSH framework to realize asset management system with JBPM workflow engine and as the coreof B/S structure of the asset management system.Articles will be explained the design and implementation of this project, which flow process in the asset management business is a core function of the system. Through the work of the technical application of functional modules, which achieve a complete asset management system.Finally, before the system is deployed through the use cases for the system performance testing, and summed up the test results.Through this project can provide a clear business process procedures, achieve dynamic tracking the state of the business process. Finally, standardization and institutionalization of asset management based on web technology and workflow technology is achieved so as to promote the office efficiency of asset information management. |
