Management software products feature has two core elements,namely management ideas and management models and concrete implementation of function, the number of assets on the Underground network, high value, with asset-intensive characteristics, therefore, the need to borrow the current computer technology, development set in line with the Corporation ’s assets are concentrated and effective management system, the purpose is to reduce operating costs subway operators, and improve the company’s service capabilities and core competitiveness.In this paper, to apply a domestic enterprise asset subway / equipment management system as the research object, through the familiar and the actual business of the assets related to the investigation subway companies, summed up the overall business needs and core business functions of the system. Examples used to describe the way the system requirements through UML modeling, analysis based on these needs, the use of B / S three-tier model, the overall design of the system, using the package diagram,sequence diagram, respectively, the core function module detailed design based on the basic design and function of the main interface of the system were demonstrated, and finally focus on a detailed description of the integrated application system integration of assets, while using MYSQL database implementation of storage equipment, supplies,maintenance and other information systems, to ensure the system security and stability of the data.
