These functions are embedded in different modules, which ensures the user-friendliness while accessing information and maintaining the programs and makes it easy to regain and add functions.The focus of this essay is the system design and implementation under the guide of software engineering management philosophy. Shanyouyuan Climbing Party as the research background, this essay analyses the platform information digitalization and rapidness while meeting the group’s needs. In addition, this essay demonstrates the detailed design and implementation of the modules including personnel management, information publishing and related database.The general structure of this system is B/S model. This special C/S structure is based on HTTP, which takes SQL Server 2005 as the database service platform, and is developed with JAVA language. This system design is based on three-tier architectures Web Service, which makes technique as the main stream while choosing the development tools, concept forward-looking and future upgrading possible. This assures the stability and extensibility of the three-tier architectures of the whole system.After careful testing, the system has been put into operation and helps promote the whole office system’s industrialization and digitalization.
