Safety is always the first priority of all works in electric power enterprises. Forsafety a variety of targeted managements were carried out. In recently years, theemphasis is on safety risk management, especially on prevention and control in safeproduction. Based on the important role of crew teams in the safe production of powerenterprises, this article explores the means of front-line safety risk management by crewteams. It summarizes the practical risk control standards of crew team safe productionand establishes a safety risk assessment system. The system can present the safety risksof actual crew team operations, resolve the difficult problem of quantifying andcontrolling the crew team safety risks, and thus deepen the level of front-line safety riskmanagement.By organically combining the safety risk assessment system and computer softwaretechnology, the Electric Power Enterprise Crew Team Safety Risk Assessment System isbased on the J2EE three-layer architecture design. The development is done usingEclipse software development tools. The backend uses SQL server database for datamanagement. J2EE logically divides the application functions to three layers: UserPresentation Layer, Business Logic Layer, and Data Layer. This article first performsthe requirement analysis and establishes the electric power enterprise crew team safetyrisk assessment system. Next, after completing the overall system design, the detaildesigns of the three-layer system architecture are carried out. These include thedatabase design for the Data Layer, the design and implementation of the systemfunctional modules for the Business Logic Layer, and finally the friendly user interfaceof the User Presentation Layer.Designed and implemented by using computer software system and networktechnology, the Electric Power Enterprise Crew Team Safety Risk Assessment Systembrings about a better method for crew team safety risk assessment. The softwareplatform can timely record the full range of safety behavior, equipment, apparatus,personnel quality, and safety performance of crew teams. It plays the role of rapid collection and summarization, thus can be used to objectively and fairly assess safetyrisks, dynamically present the safety risks of crew teams, and meet the systemrequirement for dynamics and timeliness. The system provides a highly efficient andreliable means for safety risk assessment in electric power enterprises, and adds strongtechnical support for the safe development of electric power enterprises.
