To evaluate the performance of pipeline materials and supervise production quality is the key-point of TGRC’s research:In the process of evaluation and analysis on the performance of pipes, kinds of pipe material performance data need to be analyzed statistically. Due to the test item is complicated, we need to record a large number of experimental data. And it is the main problem to maintain, record and analyse these data easily to the related departments.Pipe performance database system based on object oriented technology and implement pipes-rolls performance data management, user management, dynamic field management, data analysis and statistics, evaluation report generation and other functions with computer network and database technologies. It improve efficiency of relevant department which manages pipe performance data in TGRC. Main research contents are as follows:1) The object-oriented technology and software development process. System combines the actual requirements of TGRC and uses the UML technology to expound the application of the object-oriented technology in detail and the system development process.2) The application of design patterns. Factory method pattern is adopted in the system to realize the complex performance data management and improve the flexibility of system design.3) Database dynamic field management. System adopts the configuration file to record the dynamic field properties, and it can add or remove database field, combined with "CGridCtrl" to bulid UI flexibly according to the current configuration.4) Data statistical analysis. System uses "ChartDirector" components, including the scatterplot, fitting a curve, normal distribution, and other statistical figure. It makes people intuitively understand pipe performance evaluation data.System adopts client/server model and reduces the coupling between data management and business logic. Combined with SQL Server2005 and VC++to realize the pipe performance database system software. The System improves the efficiency of the TGRC.
