Research On Key Techniques Of Radio Resource Allocation In Relay-Enhanced Cellular Networks

There are a lot of apartments which consist of a large amount of people in Dazhou City. In the past, information about personnel agency change, personnel information change and summary of organization are written by hands. It’s outmoded and makes employees overwhelmed, memory confused, standing book mixed and lost easily. A large number of human resources waste and data is no accurate. Therefore, the organization management information system of Dazhou City is requested to create to realize the informational management and ensure both high efficiency and high accuracy of informationalization.With the requests and the actual situation in Dazhou, the first step is to understand the processing mode, the work flow of organization and personnel information, and the relationship among data entity. The main tasks to deal with in development process are list as follow:1. Describe theory and development tool which is needed for implementing the system. The theory and tool will become theoretical principle for the following chapters.2. Do requirements analysis of the system to confirm functional requirements and the non-functional requirements. Draw Use Case Diagram of these functional requirements and know the purpose of each function and the data that function requires.3. Finish overall design of this system, including the architecture design, functional module design and database design. In this design, this paper will describe module design and work flow detailedly, draw flow-process diagram, and draw E-R diagram to show the relationship of data.3. Do detailed design for system function modules and database modules according to requirement analysis. Firstly divide the main functions to several parts, and draw sub-function structure chart with description. Then do concept model design for system database and analyze entities’ attributes and the relationship among them with an E-R diagram. At last, do logical model design for database.4. Implement the modules of the system, and show the interface and kernel code of the modules.5. Introduce the importance and purpose of test. Then introduce test method and the advantages and disadvantages of it. Do comprehensive test and take out test case and result. Then evaluate the system to prove its availability and efficiency.6. Summarize the main work in this project. Then point out the flaws of the system. In the end, look forward to the future works according to the flaws.After all the work mentioned above is done, there will be an information management system made for Dazhou City. During development process, java is used to program. Browser/Server mode and SSH architecture are adopted to help develop. The database system is Mysql. Different kinds of report forms are provided and JBPM is used to help control the business process, increasing development efficiency and system availability.
