Establishment Of Forest Right Certification Management Information System Based On JBPM

With the rapid development of information technology, the unified management of forest right information becomes the trend of modern forest right management. However, the traditional Forest Right Management Information Systems based-on GIS, Web GIS cost very high. What's more, the process is fixed in the system when the development is finished. It's not helpful to the process optimization and restructuring of the forestry industry. So the new technique solution is needed in the Forest Right Management Information System.This paper have widely investigated about the current situation and development trend of Forest Right Management Information System, researched the business contents and process, then specified the function requirements of the Forest Right Management Information System. It also analyzes the scheduling mechanism, execution procedure, component structure and modeling language of JBPM (Java Business Process Management) workflow engine. The business activities are divided into several tasks, actors and transitions, then the J2EE was applied as development platform and MVC as design pattern integrating JBPM4, Struts2 and Hibernate3 frameworks, and the JPDL modeling language was used to model the Forest Right Certification approval process. Finally, implement a Forest Right Management Information System including certification application, three levels approval and data management modules etc. This MIS is benefit to standardize forest right management, will have the practical significance and reference value to resolve the problems of low approval efficiency, independent system and low sharing.
