Optimization And Implementation Of Java Workflow Process Development Tools Based On JBPM

With the development of enterprise information technology, more and more demand for business process can not be satisfied by common office automation system. Workflow system is becoming more popular. Universal enterprise-level workflow’s objectives are:managing processes to ensure that staffs are expected to work at the right time of the execution, inserting artificial performance and intervention among business process automation. This is the workflow management’s most valueable aspect, as well as, major tasks of the workflow system developers. Workflow technology is a rapid development of information technology. A variety of industries are gradually using workflow management system.The domestic workflow development demand characteristics are as follows:the need to provide a user-friendly interface process design, integrated enterprise organization model and integrated components management. Existing workflow systems cannot fully meet these needs. To solve these problems, the paper presents JAVA workflow development tools based on JBPM, optimized with supporting visualization process design, integrated enterprise organization model, integrated component library resources, and simplifying the process of building JBPM project which greatly shortens the development cycle and facilitates management.The paper first introduces the thesis:JBPM workflow platform. After been researched the concept and architecture, JAVA open source workflow architecture JBPM is found to be proper for the basis of JAVA workflow process development tool. According to the demand for workflow development tool and the characteristic of JBPM development environment GPD, this paper comes up the detailed demand analysis and design. This paper describes the details of the tool with three aspects: enterprise user organization model visualization view module, reusable component library view module and operating visual graphical navigation module. This tool uses the Eclipse platform plug-in development based on the GEF (Graphical Editing Framework). Finally this paper uses the case of the supervision and management system of the Food and Drug Administration shows convenience and practicality of this tool.
