I participate in suzhou world heritage monitoring implementation of the project, and then participate in hangzhou world heritage monitoring project, through years of two projects, the development of world heritage monitoring project know some diffict. The world heritage monitoring project based in hangzhou, absorbing the experience of failure in the project in suzhou, at the same time the new technology and system architecture design method to the project, so this thesis has the representative significance. In 1986, our country began to declare at the United Nations educational, scientific and cultural organization world heritage projects.According to incomplete statistics, at present only 37% of the heritage site monitoring and early warning platform is established, the most basic using more traditional artificial heritage sites use related instruments and statistical monitoring mode. Most of the heritage sites, there is no comprehensive monitoring and early warning index system, can’t timely warning information, not form is given priority to with the preventive protection mode. This project is the main key technologies based on ArcGis geographic information mature product application and the current Hangzhou west lake’s own data resources,USES the Microsoft c # development language as a subject, for the integration of hardware based on open API interface integration, for the whole system’s graphical operation mode, the information collection implement manual and automated systems to complement each other, on the basis of the complete data information, using the early warning model based on the protection of cultural relics in early warning system for real-time and trends.Analysis of this proposition for the world heritage monitoring and early warning management, accumulated reference data and method of monitoring the related basic monitoring and early warning, have far-reaching implications for future research.
