The Design And Realize Of Digital Community Geographic Information Platform Based On ArcGIS

With the rapid social economic development of our country and the popularity of modern electronic Internet of Things, the lifestyle of residents and the employment way have changed, and The demand for community services tend to diversify. Due to disper of information, non-resource sharing and limited style of management, the traditional community management cannot disply the elements of community. In order to meet diversified demands of community service for residents, it is imminent to convert the traditional management service mode to the modern mode. "Digital Community" is presented to provide a convenient platform for the community service.Based on the actual data of Lanzhou city, this paper systematically analyzes the feasibility of constructing "The design and realize of digital community geographic information platform based on ArcGIS", and introduces the software and its technical feature used in this project. In this article, the overall design of the platform is illustrated in detail from in aspects of the construction objective, the overall architecture and the functional design of the platform, meanwhile the construction of database is systematically stated from aspects of database design, data collection, data storage and organization. The platform uses ASP.NET MVC as its project framework and combines the Oracle database and the spatial data engine ArcSDE to storage mass spatial data, such as the iconic buildings. In of The geographic information platform The GIS is integrated to the construction of the digital community to manage the information of community service, and then achieves the spatial data sharing service system. This paper introduces the building process of the digital platform from three aspects that include the collection and the storage of data, the implementation of the platform. This platform provides functions of browsing and management of GIS data, management of community information and bus lines query. The digital community platform improves the ability of transaction management, overcomes that defect that traditional community management system cannot display the information directly, and provide more convenient social management way for government departments at all levels.This paper takes the community management of Lanzhou city as an example, and illustrates the design and implementation of the overall architecture and function of platform in detail.(1) The research status and related technologies of digital community geographic information platform are introducd.(2) The overall architecture and the functional design for each module of the entire platform are illustrated.(3) The data engine ArcSDE for Oracle which is used to manage spatial data and attribute data and oracle and object-relational database Oracle 11g are introduced.(4) The building process of digital community geographic information platform based on the filed data of Lanzhou city is showed and the design and implementation of each function module is accomplished.
