Zhangjiagang as an industrial port city, daily cargo throughput have reached a considerable scale. Port logistics research data shows that there are many theft in oil and other chemical’s transit.Companies have to pay millions a year, Zhangjiagang need to prevent the theft of fuel tanker drivers urgently.This paper’s research is based on the existing problems of hazardous chemicals transporting management situation and Zhangjiagang government’s positive attitude towards improving the hazardous chemicals transporting management level.The significance of this paper is to achieve the whole safety monitoring during hazardous goods transporting, and improve the transporting management level.The dangerous chemicals transporting management information system can receive real-time transporting information and transmitted it to monitoring center, such as hazardous chemicals status, vehicle location and other information, then stored it in a database, administrators and users can query hazardous chemicals information via the Internet, and monitoring center can also send commands to the transport vehicle.Combined the engineering requirements of Zhangjiagang logistics park,this paper designed a hazardous chemicals information management system based on GPS / GIS. Data Server Center refers to DSC, is not only the core functions unit of hazardous chemicals information management system server software, but also the data logic processing center for the entire server. Vehicle terminal communicates with the server, DSC hosts the interacting with the user interface and interacting with the database server. This paper will analyze DSC data system implementation,communications with user interface, database, vehicle terminal and its internal data synchronization management issues;and analyze how to improve server performance, achieve the performance complementation between relational databases and XML data. |
