Data centers are different in scale,density,and complexity at present.With thousands of assets,from the server,the storage device to the power supply and cooling facilities,IT infrastructure in large scale,discrete,and connection topology relationship is complex and difficult to locate and find.Large scale equipment change frequently,which makes the management cost,maintenance cost and labor cost increase significantly.Faced with the repeated waste of investment,the growing problem of equipment failure,the loss of assets unknown and other issues,the traditional methods of AutoCAD,Visio,Excel become increasingly difficult to meet the increasingly complex data center computer room management requirements.How to make the data center assets clear at a glance?Can we be accurate and timely grasp of asset allocation,location change information?This set of requirements for enterprises to establish a unified IT asset data access platform.The idea of configuration management database provides a universal asset storage management framework.Based on the actual problems encountered in the daily operation and maintenance of corporate data center,the design and implementation of data center hardware data access platform is proposed.The system uses PHP as development language,based on the Laraval development framework,to implement a complete set of processes for data access,data synchronization,data query and data retrieval.According to the software engineering method,the requirement analysis and design of the system are carried out first,and then the system data model based on the configuration management thought are described in detail.According to the function,the system is divided into cache module,read-write module,data synchronization module and retrieval module,And then the implementation of these four modules are described in detail.Finally,the function of the system query and the retrieval function are verified respectively,and the performance of the data synchronization module and the cache module is stress tested,and the specific test results are given.The core of the system is configuration management,which provides an open,unified and secure API access to outerside and standardizes the way of accessing and querying the hardware data in the data center.Through the underlying flexible and versatile storage architecture to meet the frequent changes in asset data management and maintenance needs.
