In recent years,our government informatization has developed fairly basis.One of the remarkable symbols is that respective department has established various information systems.However,there is a lack of connection and communication between these systems,and they always conduct their own things in their own way,and form many "isolated information islands" which results in repeated construction of similar systems.This not only causes masses of wastes in resources and funds,but also affects the efficiency and image of the government.G2G(Government to Government E-government affairs)data exchange platform thus comes into being for solving this problem.This platform realizes a highly-efficient data exchange and sharing across the district and departments which also conforms to the actual conditions of Jiangxi Province.The author primarily participates in the design and application work for the data management center subsystem.The author majorly takes part in the following work of this subsystem during the internship period:complete the requirement and feasibility studies for the system and clarify the demand of the subsystem by investigating and analyzing the practical conditions of data of each main unit of JiangXi Province;complete the general design of the system,including structure design,function design,database design and related forms;specifically design and realize the function modules which is planned before,then attend respective testing work of the system.By completing the above analysis and design,the author and the team determine the system which majorly includes the following modules:(1)Basic configurations:registering and managing(activating,deactivating and deleting,etc.)and synchronizing the information and parameters of logical node and other devices such as server,database and so on which get involved in exchanges within the scope of the center.(2)Exchange business management:completing the configurations(addition,deletion etc.)and dispatch of exchange tasks,dealing with the management of the related application domain and shadow tables.There're two channels of tasks resources:one is to manually add the exchange tasks at the subsystem,the other is to automatically produce exchange tasks according to the subscription orders of "information resources catalogue management subsystem".(3)Strategy management:implementation of strategies and completing optimum strategies generation and auxiliary tasks dispatching through strategic engine.In order to finish the production of best exchange strategies and recommend to exchanging tasks to choose binding.(4)System managementmainly including the management of operation log query,system configurations and other systematic auxiliary functions.Systematic proscenium and backstage apply B/S structure browse-response design and conform to SOA framework.The system itself forms a service through Web Service and deploys based on county,city and province levels,then the system connects each other through ESB service bus and other management center and front-end system.SOA structure has many advantages for breaking information isolated islands and realizes the sharing and highly-efficient use of government affairs resources for that it is characteristic with loose coupling,good flexibility and also has interface platform independence.Moreover,the producers of the system highly focus on operative feasibility during the system design and development process.The overall interface is clear and straightforward with consistent style of each module.The names of functions are easy to understand.Axis 2 of Web Service product makes the system faster and easier to deploy.ESB bus product Dubbo framework applies a more feasible interface management and routing and other services to realize connection and interaction functions.The system has completed the testing and implementation of scheduled functions and been delivered to data center of each level for application which extremely enhances the use efficiency of government affairs resources of the province.
