The development of the school where I comprehensive educational administration management information system, the establishment of a comprehensive educational administration management information system development model, using also the rapid prototyping method, JSP and Servlet technology, database access technology, web framework technology, software configuration management(SCM) technology, the design of the comprehensive educational administration management information system by using J2 EE development platform.This topic is J2 EE platform for the development of a comprehensive teaching management system based on(CEMIS Comprehensive educationalManagement Information System), the system is used for comprehensive education the University’s teaching management. The project is proposedbased on comprehensive school educational administration managementdemand management standardization under the strong demand, motive, so the whole development closely combined with the actual business situation of this school, is led by school level leadership personally presided over the project, the project is developed using B/S architecture based on Internet,realize the enterprise level development platform based on J2 EE, is a teamproject.In this paper, according to the thought of software engineering, detailed study of the whole process of the design and development of the record, the research background from the beginning of the system, the system needs analysis, and then to the detailed design and implementation, the relevantsupporting technologies used in all intermediate, in detail introduced. The writing of this paper and the comprehensive educational administration management to the successful development and application, the development of comprehensive educational administration management information systemof the school has great reference value and reference meaning. Of course,each school can not be the same, have their own respective actual condition,may differ is very great, but in any case the successful development and application of the comprehensive educational administration management system for modernization, informationization construction which school will have a certain impact.The first chapter is the introduction, briefly introduced the purpose and significance of research background, research and development of this paper,the research development of other school comprehensive educational administration system and the status of the research content and structurearrangement of this paper. The second chapter is a summary of the comprehensive educational administration system, mainly introduces thecomprehensive educational administration management system structure and function, CEMIS system design objectives, comprehensive educational administration system of business process and the key supporting technologies. The third chapter is the analysis of the functional module of the system demand, in this chapter, a detailed description of the comprehensive educational administration system of the school’s requirements, a detailed analysis of the demand.
