In recent years, with the continuous development of the school, the number ofstudents increased unceasingly, the worke of the department of student achievementmanagement is more arduous than in the past. In the face of the various categories anda large quantity of subjects, most of the staff is still rely on a manual way to completethe management of student achievement, this process is complex and low efficiency.Therefore, research and development of student information management system is animportant problems need to be solve. It will enhance the academy’s management ofstudent achievement levels.The thesis first introduces the background about the development of digitizedmanagement and student management information system.And also makes an analysisabout the student management of the existing demand. At present,the major problem ofour student achievement management is using the traditional way to transmit theinformations between the various departments, and only the educational administrationdepartment has to completed the whole work. What a heavy pressure and low efficiencywork it is. To solve this problem, we need build a full range, open, distributedinformation system, and clear the information between various departments. Theacademy shared database using a web browser to provide fast and convenient mode ofinformation, breaking the original some LAN range of information services. Some ofthe information can be accessed from outside the campus with personal account andpassword, without having to worry about information security problems. It greatlyfacilitates the students and faculty. Students can view the transcript. Teachers cancomplete the achievement of entry quickly. This system reduce the works of theeducational administration department and improve the efficiency of the entireachievement management work.In this thesis student achievement management system is mainly a developmentprogram based on B/S architecture, the combination of ASP technology developmentWeb page and the Access database management system. And an overall design aboutsystem architecture, workflow, system functions, data structures for this system is made for this system. The system consist of four modules: the database, the user login, theinformation management and the achievement management, with different permissionscan be different operation. Students can modify their own information or check theirperformance, teachers can update their own information in real time and entry or checkup student achievement, the administrator can carry out the management of students,teachers, classroom materials and school student achievement.After using, the system can effectively take the academic student achievementmanagement into informatizition and solve the problems in the traditional performancemanagement then improve the work efficiency of the academy performancemanagement.
