With the development of information technology,the Internet has also promoted the construction of information technology in various fields.As the forefront of national innovation,colleges and universities should take the road of informatization.colleges and universities should actively promote the progress of teaching,improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities,and make progress on the road of the development of campus informatization.The campus contains a lot of fields,and the teaching management system is one of the important contents of the teaching management system mainly refers to improve the teaching work efficiency with information and technical means,to speed up the construction of campus informatization,how to correct the design and implementation of teaching management system's main function,and applied to practical teaching in universities that is the main task of teaching management system development,is also the main problem of this study.This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of Sanmenxia Polytechnic students and teaching management system,this article from the author as a counselor at the Sanmenxia Polytechnic to start teaching positions,analyses the demand of functional and non functional requirements analysis in teaching practice and work in the process of work,and create a design scheme of the system,and ultimately determine the design scheme for students the three layer architecture and teaching management system based on,through practical teaching experience,the system modules are divided into student management module,teaching plan management module,examination management module,system management module and performance management module.Based on the analysis of the teaching work of the business process,this paper uses object-oriented design,design of Career Technical College students and teaching management system of ASP.NET and SQL SERVER 2008 database management system based on the system use three layers structure more standardized as the overall framework of the software.This paper describes the teaching task needs of students and teaching management system,based on the existing work,finally obtains the functional requirements,system include.student management,teaching plan management,exam management,system management,performance management and other functional modules,based on the analysis of user needs,this paper starts from the system structure design,system function,analysis of the system modules,to design the system architecture,network architecture and other aspects,gives the database structure design,detailed description of the students and teaching management system needs each stored data table information,the main modules are implemented and tested according to the demand analysis the business function flow chart,business class diagram,timing diagram,detailed description of system functions Implementation of energy module.Finally,each functional module is tested in the system testing phase,and finally the test results are measured.The students and teaching management system after the functional testing and performance testing,test results show that when the demand analysis stage set goals in line with the system,to student management,Career Technical College of examination management,teaching plan,performance management and other teaching affairs for effective management,reduce operating costs,to play the advantage of platform information.
