Research And Analysis Of The Student Achievement Management System Of Wenhua College

Wenhua college of yunnan university of arts is an art undergraduate institution of higher learning,which mainly trains art undergraduate students.Currently,the college has 23 undergraduate majors,with an average of more than 3,000 students.In the teaching work,the student's result management is a foundation work,which is normal and complicated.Although all kinds of colleges and universities have applied the corresponding achievement management system,but after the preliminary research and analysis,there is not a set of system that can fully meet the college to carry out achievement management.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of the college,it is very necessary to independently analyze and develop a performance management system suitable for the actual teaching work of the college.This thesis first introduces the status quo of performance management in the teaching work of the college,and makes an in-depth analysis of the current performance management problems of the college.From the perspective of independent research and development of performance management system,it puts forward the idea of business optimization and improvement,and clarifies the needs of performance management of the college.In the functional analysis,the role of the system is sorted out,and the use case diagram is used for the top-down analysis,to determine the basic functional structure of the score management system,including basic information management,usual score management,course examination management,examination result management,comprehensive score management,make-up examination and retake management,and score proof management.In the data analysis,according to the results of functional analysis,the concept class diagram and thumbnail diagram are adopted to conduct in-depth analysis of the performance system functions one by one,and the entity objects dependent on each function are determined.The entity class diagram of the system is determined through the relationship combing,and the logical table structure of the database is designed.Finally,it summarizes the research and analysis results of the school's performance management system,and looks forward to the work ideas of system design and deepening application.
