Design And Implementation Of The Residential Area Of Electrical Centralized Water Management System

Recently, data communication and mobile communication technology have gotten rapid development, in order to solve the the problem that data communication with wired link, the traditional meter reading and the omission bias used in current residential area commonly artificial management data collectionoid, this paper uses GPRS data transmission technology and software technology, EOS platform based on Java as the development and programming tools, researches and developments the residential area common data of water and electric centralized management system.We begin with the domestic and international application of data communication technology and the significance. Then briefly describes the overall design of residential water electric centralized management system.And then introduces that how to realize theelectricity, gas, water, steam and other public service data remote meter reading of Yanzhou Mining Community Center residential areas based on GPRS, and for the field measurement gauge the community public service data acquisition residents, the data acquisition with the intelligent data gateway, analysis and processing of the management system and so on; the Yanzhou mining community central banks and private line connection, implementation of hardware network community management center and bank charges end connected to realize the whole process.This thesis used software engineering project development standard and mainly meted the demand of Yanzhou mining property management and residential area about public service data acquisition, cost management and so on,which were taken as the lifeline, the demand for the lifeline, from the project planning, requirements analysis, system design(including the outline design, database design and detailed design), to the code test by standard management within the whole process. The system closely fit for service object based simple, timely, accurate, safe reliable, maintainable, strong data processing capability, cost-saving,the whole seven user requirements, but also from the source to change some defects existing in the original manual meter reading system, which made the meter reading charges link simplified greatly and the work efficiency is improved further, effectively avoid the human error, data management oversight, and other issues, which has popularization value in application environment.
