Research & Application Of Mid-tier Business Component

There being complicated process and many factors in large scale software development, we usually use different development method, technology, support tools and settings in different software project. In order to increase software productivity and decrease software cost, it is necessary to research software reuse technology from the point of software project. Component Technology based on three-tier architecture implemented in a project development was researched in this paper. Business Component about information integration contains domain private component and function component .In this paper, we first introduced some classical software analysis method , then demonstrated how to analyze and design domain private component by 00 method and how to develop function component. Component can represent its advantage only if it is based on a proper architecture and exposures standard interface. In this paper, we discussed the principal of three-tier architecture and its influence on component, also explained how to design component interface in term of COM/DCOM standard. As to component integration, we introduced necessary test pmcess in advance, discussed the strategy method about component management and component assemblage. Finally, author introduced further future research plan about the topic of this paper.
