With the development of electronic commerce in China, and the economic globalization, as well as the rise of financial liberalization, Chinese financial market has formed, in the fierce market competition, the Agricultural Bank has been also fully aware that the client is the found ation of enterprise survival and development. Improving the relationship between the client and the Agricultural Bank is a necessary condition for the development of Agricultural Bank. client Relationship Management(CRM) is a client-centric business strategy, which provides services that customer care, customer mining, sales-force automation,marketing automation, service automation. So how to carry out the clicent management, how to give Agriculture Bank better communication abilitywith clients, how to maximize profitability of the enterprise and the client, and that’s the problem. every bank has to solve the problem.At present, the database of each bank has collected a large amount of data information, and the customer is the source of the enterprises. So how to manage customers is the only way to the development of banks, Banks unify various forms of customer information, which can effectively to provide an effective product sales target for the business sector. This paper will begin from the background, significance, present situation and development of customer relationship and customer information management, using the relevant application technology of customer information management, then lead to customer relationship management strategy in financial industry, with the development of the financial industry, the current financial products sales have become the primary business of each bank. According to the present situation and development prediction of markets at present, the author combines the actual situation of the development and innovation of the Agricultural Bank at present, with the professional knowledge and the corresponding engineering practical experience, and puts forward the overall ideas on the Agricultural Bank of CRM, designs a management information system based on Web, the architecture of B/S implementation based on CRM. The auttor researches analyses and designs from the function, structure,characteristic of system and steps of construction.The paper focuses on the analysis and design of bank customer relationship management, mainly including bank customer information management, order management, customer buy products of bank customer manager management, administrator rights management, data storage and so on.
