In recent years, with the increase of the domestic and international market competitionpressure, the enterprise has gradually increased the amount of customer information. ChinaPetroleum Corp has established a network information management platform, opened adedicated network channel, and has realized the importance of information construction. Inthe process of customer information management there are still a lot of questions. Forexample, although each subsidiary company has built some information systems, such as salesmanagement information system, the logistics management information system and so on.But these systems are independent of each other and customer information can not be sharedbetween the different departments, circulation, the relevant information of customers has notbeen used efficiently.By our research we design and implement a CRM system. The goal of this systemincludes as follows. Firstly, by our CRM system enterprises can establish long-termrelationship between different types of customers. Secondly, through a unified datamanagement system enterprises can analyze the detail information of customers and do anin-depth analysis of the basic information, individual needs of customers and providing thecustomers with personalized services. Thirdly, by our CRM system enterprises can establisha rapid information feedback platform, on the one hand, customers can in a timely mannerto get their needs for the enterprise, and on the other hand, it can also get the feedback ofthe customer timely. Fourthly, by our CRM system enterprises can dig some importantcustomers and establish long-term cooperative relationship. At last, through this platform canfurther improve the tacit understanding between the enterprise and the customer, which bringsconvenience to customers.By analyzing the functional requirements of the customer relationship in the oil company,we design an information system and named as OC-CRM. The CRM based on B/S structureand users can get customer information what they want from the Web. The company can alsoget the various kinds of demand from CRM.In order to ensure that the system can meet the various needs of customers and be able toadapt to demand changes of the enterprise, the customer relationship management system developed in this paper introduced the MVC model. Using Visual Studio as the IDE toimplement CRM and using the SQL Server as the Database.To improve the customer convenience, we use LigerUI controls to design the userinterface, especially the data statistical analysis function module is provided by this system.User can get any related information for visual inquiry and analysis, and then provide theguidance for the development of enterprises to some extent.
