The article detailed introduces the Generate Information Management System. And illustrate the importance of Management Information System acted in the society. The article also introduces the importance of background in a system, and the significance of developing a Generate Information Management System. The article enumerates the technologies that have been used. And introduces their advantages and the roles they have been played.With the rapid development of computer network technology, B/S architecture has replaced the traditional C/S architecture, it has become the mainstream technology in software development. The B/S system is divided into rigid and flexible: rigid system based on generalto specific requirements and design, relatively fixed structure, adaptability. The flexible system is compared with the rigid system, to reuse and adapt to change.The contents include the process of developing a flexible information management system with Java and XML to configure. The article also introduces the XML technology. And analysis the advantage of XML configuration. It also introduces the strong point of MVC and SSH Structure and describe the relationship in different levels of SSH. And which part it belonged in MVC. The article introduces the development kit Myeclipse,Tomcat and mysql. The article includes the design of system. And it through Use Case Diagram to help illustrate the design. The article illustrates every module of the system, and analysis the functions of it. Including the interface, the data have been used, and the processes that functions called. And it use Flow Chart and Sequence Diagram to present the implements of each module, make it is easier to comprehend the structure and implements of the system.
