The Research Of The Key Problem Of Flexible Supply Chain Management System

To solve various problems on software demand change that medium and small enterprises may meet during the period of supply chain management implementation, this paper described the in-depth analysis of the domestic and abroad research from two aspects of flexible software theory and supply chain management system. Based on it, the character of flexible software, flexible data-operator component, key function, flow and the character of flexible supply chain management system were studied.The main content and contributions of the paper are described as following:(1)The thoughts on management system of flexible supply chain were put forward, key function of the management system was designed, in allusion to the current situation that sophisticated functions, inflexible module, high maintenance cost, and being unable to rapidly adapt the demands change of domestic medium and small business were presented in many foreign primary systems for Materiel Requirements Planning (MRP), Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP â…¡), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and so on.(2)Based on the deep study for the problem on customer demand changes in the multi-management system cases, the material representation and character were summed up.(3)Under the guidance of flexible software idea, the variable representation and deep reasons for the change of demands in the three modules of purchasing management, stock management and manufacture plan management were analysed. The solution for the bill flexibility and the flow flexibility were presented, and the variable material conditions, which the two flexibility include, were analysed and discussed in detail.(4)Starting from data demand, the concept of flexible data console driven by data was put forward, a series of flexible function items related to the data manipulation were made, and the functions were realized in form of modules...
