The Research On Flexible ERP System Based On Agent And Its Application In Process Enterprise

As China is becoming a 'global factory', advanced manufacturing technologies and management experiences in the world greatly promote the production level of our industrial enterprises. The coordination and competition among enterprises are boosted at the same time, so information systems play more and more important roles in industrial enterprises. Facing the increasingly competent, complicated and dynamic market environment, in order to improve the level of decision and the flexibility due to market demand fluctuate, as a major part of informatization of industrial enterprises, the development and implementation of ERP system effectively impel the informatization and automation of management and business of enterprises. As a complex system which integrates the information technology with the advanced thinking of management, the ERP system is a pattern of business operation in modern enterprise. It reflects a fact that corporations must rationalize the deployment of resources and create fortune for society to the max in new era. Therefore, ERP becomes the foundation stone for modern enterprises to survive and to develop in the ear of information. There are many differences between different kinds of enterprises, so development and implementation of ERP system have their own characters and keystones. In this thesis, taking Hengdian Jiayuan ERP system as an example, we made researches on solutions of flexible ERP system used in pharmaceutical enterprise. This article also introduce the design and implementation of sale management information subsystem, several basic theories and key technologies of how to design and implement ERP system in process enterprise are discussed and analyzed. The following is about the content arrangement of each chapter:Chapter one summarizes several basic concepts in enterprise informatization, including SCM and ERP, introduces the definition, development, function and future of ERP, compares the features of ERP between process and discrete enterprise. The importance of sales subsystem in ERP, the relationship between sales subsystem and other subsystems and the function of sales module are presented. Finally therequirements that ERP system rely on flexibility are proposed.Chapter two introduces the concept and characteristics of agent and MAS, and we propose the solution of flexible ERP system based on agent in order to resolve some problems during the design and implementation of ERP system, such as the maintainability, adaptability, extensibility of the system. Several type of agents are defined, and the MAS model of each function module are given. After constructing the architecture of flexible ERP system based on MAS, the technologies of system implementation are presented.Chapter three firstly introduces general process, modeling method and related technologies of software development. The modeling course, requirement analysis course, function structure and general architecture of sales management system are given in detail, and then the technologies of system implementation are presented, including the design of application server, database server and client. Finally we summarize the flexibility which the system has and briefly introduce the application case in Hengdian Jiayuan chemistry industrial limited company.Chapter four introduces the life cycle of enterprise informatization in brief, analyzes the reason for dissatisfaction with the effect which traditional ERP system should have after its implementation, explains the relationship between BPR and implementation of ERP system. In this chapter, taking the implementation and maintenance of sales management information system as an example, we propose the great influences which the 'enterprise inheritance system' has on implementation of ERP system, the basic factors in successfully implementing ERP system are given.
