With the rapid development of computer networks, network users are increasing dramatically. The number of candidates are also growing quickly, and that generating job recruitment comes to promote the emergence and development of professional recruitment website. How to search satisfactory recruitment information online for Job hunters, and how to pick out the right candidates from the mass of resumes, has become the common concern of the network recruitment systems. At present, with the continuous development of Internet technology and the progress of enterprise management, online recruitment will become the preferred way of the majority of job seekers.In this thesis, we take full account of the needs for interviewees and recruiters, analyze domestic and overseas current situation about the online recruitment information, and explore the features of the mainstream recruitment sites containing advantages and shortcomings. At last, we design the campus recruitment system consist of these function. For recruiters, the system provides to surf the job information, search jobs and resumes, submit resumes, collect positions, and so on. And for interviewers, search resumes, resume management, distribute and maintain jobs information and etc. In addition, the system administrator is mainly responsible for the applicant’s resumes and job information to bring together, so whether it is information seekers post resumes or corporate recruiters can be easily managed, and therefore the efficiency is greatly improved. By designing different users, including job seekers, recruiters and system administrators different permissions, we can provide a uniform interface to ensure that candidates modules are independent, job module, enterprise recruitment module and system recruitment management module are associated with each other completely and effectively.The object-oriented design thought is used to design the system, realize the online recruitment system based on B/S architecture with ASP.NET technology. At the same time, we apply Ajax technology to achieve the local real-time update, to improve the user experience efficiently. On the other hand, that using Web Service and SQL Server 2005 database connection and data management, solves the access control problem. In the process of system design, full consideration are paid to the security of the data, and timely data backup to ensure the safe operation of data and systems.Our system is under the management of electronic business and network practical applications, technological innovation, changing the traditional single information platform to enhance its information exchange functions, as well as improving recruitment network security level information security. To some extent, it can provide with targeted recruitment information for interviewees, and therefore reducing the flow of human resources blindness. Moreover, a corresponding guarantee for information security for job seekers and employers to make business more satisfactory.
