Nowadays, with the rapid development of the Internet, job searching andrecruitment on the Internet has become the best choice for companies and job seekers.People no longer need to be limited to a certain area and recruit blindly. Onlinerecruitment has brought a boon to job seekers who look forward to hunting for jobsand the companies who want the perfect staff. It is widespread, informative,inexpensive and convenient. Also, it gets better result than traditional way. It allowsjob seekers to quickly locate themselves, thus companies can find the best employees.Therefore, this online recruitment is more and more popular for businesses and jobseekers. Network recruitment system provides an information exchange platform toenable companies and job hunters communicate with each other more fluently. In thisway, we can avoid the disadvantage of knowing less sufficient in a limited interviewtime.The most prominent feature of this system is the information exchange betweenstudents and businesses. The system combines job hunting and firm recruitment withweb technology, takes object-oriented technology and exploits B/S mode to designonline recruitment. Thus we achieve a typical three-lay architecture based on the B/Sstructure. It not only simplifies system development and maintenance, but also it isconvenient, practical, confidentiality and easy to operate. Moreover, it provides aplatform for recruiters. No doubt, it will surely enhance the success rate ofrecruitment. It will have a significant practical and applicable value. The system isbased on the web; utilize ASP (one of the web development techniques) and HTML(web design technology). Through SQL Server, we can improve the efficiency ofsoftware development. In addition, its scalability, maintainability and availabilityhave got a better improvement.The system has three main basic modules, which are individual member’smodule, corporate members’ module and administrator management module. Whenthe job-seekers become system users by registering, they can create resumes, postresumes, search for jobs and on on by individual member’s module. Basic user datamanagement, job seekers’ resume management, and job positions inquiries are allimportant components of individual member’s module.Corporate members can publish and manage recruitment information; queryinformation about job-seekers. With this module, they can manage basic information,recruitment information, and job-seeker information and so on. In administrator’s management module, administrator can manage personal andcorporate members’ information, review recruitment information published bycorporate and resume information posted by job-seekers. All the more, administratorscan analyze the basic data of system.Finally, this paper describes the system test methods and gives a detailed testprogram.
