Design And Implementation Of The Fixed Assets Management Information System Of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank

At present, the management of most enterprises has entered in the information age, so this thesis proposesed a management-based(Enterprise Asset Management) system. It’s mainly to management the information of fixed assets, not only can improve equipment utilization, and be able to effectively reduce the cost of doing business, and even provide information about new products, security, energy saving, environmental protection, and other aspects of the enterprise. All in all, the application of the asset management system, is to allow the enterprise asset management is no longer become a business development’s bottleneck.This thesis based on the specific context of the development of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank the asset management system, use the object-oriented approach to do the asset management system’s requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. Firstly, we give the research background, significance and research status analysis, the thesis’ s main work; in demand analysis phase, we analyze business requirements and functional requirements of the system, in the system business requirements analysis phase we give purchase office fixed asset purchase process, purchase of fixed assets non-office processes, fixed asset allocation processes, fixed asset sale process, and loss processes of fixed assets, fixed assets inventory process, the system functional requirements analysis module, given a document management, budget management receive management of assets, assets and components of change management, statistical reporting, management and system management functional modules using case diagram; system design stage, mainly given the principles of system design, system function module divided, the system features modular design and system database design, system function module divided part, given the system functional architecture diagram, the system features modular design gives a timing diagram of the six modules design and interface design, and then gives the system database design; in the system implementation and testing phases, mainly given to establish systems to achieve environmental part of the code of the system, system testing, system run effect. In the establishment of the system, we give the achieve environmental aspects of the deployment of the application server, and database configuration environment variable settings; in system testing, the system interface testing and system functions testing, and system test cases, running on the system effects analysis are given; finally we give a conclusion, which is a summary of the thesis.
