Along with the institution scale unceasing expansion, the number of units of fixed assets also grow with each passing day, how fast and easy management of fixed assets is particularly important. In view of the present situation of fixed assets management, this paper puts forward the B/S access mode, using the JavaEE framework based on SSH2, to the design and implementation of fixed assets management system in institutions.This paper focuses on the following aspects:first, summarizes the common needs of institutions, especially the paper carefully analyses of assets data present subordinate institutions report summary problems, proposed solutions. Second, introduce how to use UML language for modeling various stages of system, how to use the analysis, object oriented design method of the system were designed.Through the implementation of this system, the author expects to provide convenient and efficient management for the institutions of fixed assets input, query and inventory and other functions, and can solve the institutions on the lower level of the data report and collect the demand, reduce the inventory of units subordinate units assets enormous workload.
