The Design And Implement Of The Asset Management System Of Guangdong Vocational College Of Post And Telecom

The design and implementation of asset management system of Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecommunications is to improve the informatization level of asset management and solve the complex management and statistical requirements of college asset management.This paper uses the software engineering technology to develop the asset management information system,which has realized the asset management information requirements of the college's wisdom campus construction plan "in 13 th Five-Year",enhanced the efficiency of asset management,solved the multi caliber and accounting statistics requirements,at the same time,as a part of the construction of the wisdom campus of the college,it has improved the overall level of management informatization.The asset source of Guangdong post and telecommunications vocational technology is more complex than the ordinary universities,and the asset management work is extremely complex.According to wisdom campus construction plan "in 13 th Five-Year" and planning and standards of informatization construction of Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecommunications,asset management system is an important part of the wisdom campus construction,according to the technical specifications the project construction requirements in the planning,asset management system has determined the use of B/S architecture,used Java language development,MVC framework is used in the development of its own,the system conforms to the J2 EE specification on the whole,database used Microsoft SQL Server relational database,according to business characteristics,design and analysis used object oriented technology.In order to solve the problem of efficiency existing in the assets management,this paper introduces the RFID technology in the design and uses manage the large amounts of valuable assets using RFID tags,assets' credit inventory statistics efficiency has been greatly improved,meanwhile,it has laid a solid foundation for the expansion of the system for the future.In this paper uses software engineering technology,first of all,it has completed the role analysis of organizational structure,combined the system process and drawn six system flow charts.Then,the design work has been started,which has completed the design of six case diagrams,entity relation class diagram,seventeen database tables and five functional modules.After on-line of Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecommunications asset management system,it has greatly improved the efficiency of asset management,enhanced the accuracy of management,especially after the use of RFID technology,the efficiency of asset inventory work has greatly increased,the use of handheld RFID devices can achieve rapid inventory of assets,efficient entry of inventory results make the management layer of college to timely grasp the college assets changes,the informatization degree has been greatly improved.This paper starts from the actual demand to carefully study the perspective of the background of system construction and development,it makes elaborative analysis of research status and development trend at home and abroad,determines the design technology of object oriented analysis for the use of software engineering,using BS operation architecture,Microsoft SQL Server relational database and Java language to complete the development,it adds the popular Internet of Things,the use of RFID tags has improved the efficiency of asset inventory entry,finally completed the test deployment and trial work with certain practical value.
