The reforming and perfecting of customs supervision has been a heated discussion for the promotion of foreign trade and economic development of China. The designed platform helps to supervise by visiting supervision-software-installed mainframe of enterprise and quering data for the customs, called C/S system structure. C is short for client, here refers to the customs, S is short for server, here refers to enterprises. Being the server side in this system structure, enterprise should install database. By visiting the server side installed database and supervision software, enterprises are data-supervised in real-time.The client-side software helps to develop real-time platform for supervision and inquiries for information in customs-controlled areas. This platform is used to collect internal informations of enterprises, based on what, it can test the function of the real-time platform for supervision and inquiries for information in all cases. RFID is widely used in the areas of anti-counterfeiting, transportation and identification. Among all these areas, tracking and recognition is a research focus, and it has important application value and significance.Above all, this thesis develop a RFID customs supervision system by Microsoft.NET and SQL server. This system consists of a hardware includes RFID reader-writer of SL500, MIFARE electronic tags of PHILIPS and a personal computer, a software includes Microsoft.NET and SQL server. This two parts are connected by data sources(ODBC). The system interface developed by Microsoft.NET includes interface of production records, storage outcoming and incoming information, transportation information and information inquiries. These interfaces established the corresponding tables in the database and to write system to implement corresponding functionality. Informations are all saved to database when entered in the interface by reader-writer’s writing on electronic tags, and are shown in the interface by reader-writer’s reading on electronic tags. Experiments results show that, the system this thesis developed is allowed to read and write by RFID, with high accuracy, high efficiency and practical needs.
