Customs Regional Integration Monitoring System Design And Implementation

There is no enough time for Customs to check all the goods passing through the Customs Bayonet. The only way to promote the Customs controlling efficient is to change the management idea and model on the circumstance which the infrastructure is relatively backward and the information is not sufficient. The local electronic platform should be based on the local human resource, finance and technology and it can have different achievement, but should have the same format data and standard interfaces.The focus is on the main business models of the local electronic system, and how to assign these models to the whole electronic platform. The system developed by SOA is loose-coupled and highly flexible, the web service is the cheap practice of the SOA which can be easily combined with the Customs process reengineering and Customs Reorganization.This thesis is study on the prompt Customs controlling model in insufficient resource, using the right technology to achieve the Customs controlling electronic platform to promote the Customs controlling efficient for the regional integration. After analysis the seven current Customs controlling models, using the coarse form of regulation is more suitable to the current Customs Controlling.
