OA system, which is short for Office Automation System. It can make the office work business processed automatically. OA system, using advanced software development technology and network technology, frees people from the traditional, inefficient, complex paper-based business activities, which can be gradually transformed into an efficient and reliable system to assist, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of work, making the production efficiency can be further improved. By the help of OA, a variety of real-time exchange of information, document transfer, conference management, vehicle management, application for approval of various activities can be done easily, OA has become an indispensable part in our daily office.This thesis firstly analyzes the current development of our office automation, then according to the administrative requirements, and combining with the actual situation of my unit, we designed and developed a set of office automation systems based on our original network units. This thesis introduces the technology and development framework associated with the project, and focuses on how to analysis and design using ASP.NET technology systems, and gives the design process by complex business processing system of Administrative office of Shanghai, including system design, module design proposed WEB application using MVC pattern implementation model of the system. Finally, give the several key technical issues of the system implementation, in addition, the testing process of the system are summarized.The system consists of several modules, such as e-mail management, document flow, personal affairs management, information systems management, delivery management, and so on. Coordination function of each module adapted to the initial basic needs of Shanghai Television Network Administration office. Currently the Staff has been put into use, which is proved the application of the integrated business processing systems is effective, and greatly improve the efficiency of the administrative office.
