With the gradual advance of information technology in various fields,information technology attains further attention from general business management to government regulatory agencies,and it has been widely applied in the management.From the government point of view,information technology directly affects the efficiency of the government and the government's image,so promoting the work of the government information technology has become an inevitable trend.The township government as the organizational structure of grass-roots political power in the government,it directly affects the level of information to the seat of government of the economy and image.Therefore,it is necessary to study and put into practical use for the office system of the township government.Through the application of advanced computer network technology,the existing inefficient manual office model would be changed and the government efficiency would be improved.The system is based on the analysis of the government office automation needs,and to design and implement such a grass-roots government office automation system.According to the actual situation of the township daily office,design and implement more complete functionality to meet the needs of the township government.The system includes six function modules,personal office,document processing,document management,administrative services,general information and system information.Functionally workflow through the practical application of the other modules closely linked,such as personal office module can operate on the sub-module under the other modules.The system uses Struts,JSP,JavaBean technology design,and SQL Server 2008 to complete the design and connection to the database.Through the test,the system could meet the needs of basic government office network and automation work,and improve work efficiency of government management.
