Design And Implementation Of WEB-based University Student Attendance Management Information System

ChengDu Neusoft University is the only application-oriented software technology college in Southwest China, currently in school number has reached 8,000. At the college continues to grow at the same time, Sichuan Conservatory of Music who demands the quality of education is improving, pay close attention to study, and building school spirit, by strengthening classroom attendance to promote the formation of student study style, through the promotion of teachers teaching evaluation to improve the quality of teaching. The author is mainly engaged in the college student’s management, including student attendance management and organizational student classroom teachers teaching assessment is the author of two important work. Currently, student attendance and teacher assessment are artificial ways to teach, organize heavy workload, poor timeliness of feedback, and because there are more intermediate links, there is poor communication problem.In this context, the author proposes to develop a technologically advanced, highly efficient and stable, safe and reliable based on WEB structure of teaching and evaluating teaching attendance management system. The system is based on Java EE platform, use the page to show HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX technology, server-side programming using JSP/Servlet technology, in order to improve programming efficiency, the system uses Struts2, Hibernate and Spring and other open source JavaEE framework. The system for student exchange, student attendance, leave the system, elective bamboo management, curriculum management and other five aspects of the design, the basic realization of the students’ online exchanges with teachers, teachers and administrators named named managing for results, students Optional courses and other functions. The student originally from the Counselor leave, attendance and other student management, scheduled by the Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for curriculum work, the teacher responsible for the course work arrangement, class attendance, teaching students to teaching work attendance and unified assessment system, I realized all hospital departments unified organization, unified management, each department provides a convenient when communicating. Standardize teaching management, optimizing teaching style, study style, improve the quality of education, in order to promote the improvement of teaching quality.Through the implementation of online learning management system to solve practical problems in our college, the school’s office to improve management efficiency, reducing the chance of error work, saving the cost of capital, making the teaching staff to work from the heavy teaching management freed.
