Design And Implementation Of Sichuan Conservatory Of Music Teaching Attendance And Assessment System

Standardized classroom attendance is very important to the classroom management, and help students to form good study style. In conjunction with the student assessment information for teachers, the teaching management can get hold of students’ learning status and teaching conditions. Before 2013, there is no specific information system to the students attendance management for the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, and there is no any systems for students to evaluate the teaching also, and the traditional ways for the attendance management and evaluate teaching are cost most,and efficiency is less yet. Therefore, after the teaching management of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music was thoroughly studied, a Web information system based on B/S framework would be designed to evaluate the teaching management in this dissertation.This dissertation main research content is as follows.1. The Sichuan Conservatory of Music teaching students’ attendance and the problem of teacher evaluation was be investigated and analyzed. According to requirements of the standard software engineering and system requirements, the system function and database design code implementation and system test phase was introduced.2. A business process analysis of the Sichuan Conservatory of music teaching evaluation system was attended and completed. After the students’ attendance of teachers’ business process such as data flow was analyzed, the teaching and assessment system of database of the Sichuan Conservatory of music was designed.3. Based on SSH lightweight development framework and Java EE platform technology, a teaching and evaluation system of check on work attendance was projected. With the system, the professional teachers can use the computer to complete the student class attendance, and the student attendance information saved in the database. It enables the instructor to get student attendance information in time and accurately. In the semester and at the end of the semester of classroom, students can also use the system to evaluate teachers teaching in accordance with the some standards. This system still reduces the workload of staff members.4. By adopting the combination of manual test and automatic test,the function of the system performance and compatibility test were done. These results show that this system basically achieved all the functional requirements of the system proposed.The teaching attendance and appraisal management system of the Sichuan Conservatory of music solved the actual problems for the student’s attendance management and teachers review work. With this system, the efficiency of the teaching and student management workers would be improved, the intermediate processing link would be decreased, the human cost would be saved, and the college teaching management work would be more effectively.
