With the continuous deepening of the teaching reform, the reformation of teaching method has also attracted high attention and an increasing number of advanced teaching methods have been utilized in the teaching process. As a brand-new teaching method, the Project Teaching Method is widely advocated and utilized by high educational schools. Most of teaching platforms nowadays are the realization of network teaching on the basis of traditional teaching method and there are several disadvantages laying behind it in the perspective as the students’cultivation in innovation and practicality. With this background, the construction of scientific and reasonable project teaching platform will lay foundations for better teaching service.Combining with the successful mode of Project Teaching Mode, the foundation of network teaching interaction and the thought of software engineering, a project teaching platform based on JavaEE is designed and realized, meeting the requirements for teaching to a great extent, in the meantime, the interactivity, efficiency and scalability are provided. With this teaching platform, the students would be able to set the subject task for each stage, to carry out the curricular learning and practice with target, to lead themselves to explore and discuss the solutions for problems and to construct knowledge and technique module stage by stage, hence improving the enthusiasm, initiation and creativity for their own study. The main concents are:1.It studies on the JavaEE components technique, database technique and streaming media technique combining with the actual application in the project platform development.2.It carries out the demands analysis of project teaching platform based on the principle of project teaching method and the actuality of network teaching, as well as making the demands analysis and specific design to the teaching platform with UML.3.Combining with the tree layers of model of JavaEE, it gives an orderly analysis on the actual realization of presentation layer, business logic layer and persistence layer. It also solved the key technical problem during the utilization of Java technique for the development of project teaching platform. 4.1t carries out the test running on the project teaching platform to verify the coordinating level for each function of the project teaching platform based on JavaEE for arriving their predicative target.
