The Design And Implementation Of Campus Attendance Management System

Attendance management is a very important work in school management. With the implementation of Enrollment Expansion policy, the number of students in Colleges and universities is also growing, lead to increased demand for teachers,it is a big challenge to conduct the school attendance management in teaching staff and students. The traditional rely on call sign attendance mode has not been able to meet the practical requirements of colleges and universities in terms of attendance management, design and development of adaptation to college attendance system based on computer information technology become a very important research contentIn this paper, according to the requirements of the actual attendance of a college, we design a campus attendance management system based on RFID technology, using Sqlserver2012 database system and using Java EE development technology. The campus attendance management system designed and Implemented in this paper is divided for RFID module modules, teaching staff information management module, student information management module, employee attendance information management module, student attendance information management module, student information management module trajectory and attendance person in view module.This paper mainly completes the following work: firstly, we analyzed the related technology of the campus attendance system, the functional requirements of the system and other non functional requirements. Then we designed the overall structure of the system, function modules and database tables and so on. And the interface and coding of the system are realized. At last, we have carried out the unit function test and the service flow test and so on.The results of the campus attendance management system designed and Implemented in this paper system test show that the each function module interface and functions of the system to achieve good effect, stable operation. The system can meet the needs of college students and teachers' attendance management in daily management. The system can effectively improve the work efficiency of college attendance and daily management.
