With the advent of era of 4G, the appearing services for mobile carrier arose the unprecedented new experience for the subsribers. It also promotes the mobile carrier to deeply anayze the value of subsribers under the perspective of big data. The plendy resource of big data has brought new opportunities to create value, according to the data of payment,application, management, raw communication, users.In the era of big data, the channels have developed from the classic services s uch as added phone number and fee collecting to the end selling, group products, b asic service, home products, and tens and hundreds of services. The plenty of servic e types requires the careful management to the channel jobs. Lots of payment data makes possible for the operating analysis of channels. In addition, the lack of chann el analysis makes it necessary to develop the channel management system. Herein, t his thesis discussed the channel service types and features in the era of big data, an d compared these services. After that, a channel payment management system for ca rrier in the era of big data was designed, which was helpful for the channel manage ment users and agents. Besides that, combined the current situation of mobile carrier in Pingliang area, a payment managment system for chanels was developed, which helps the channel managment users to know the information such as the channels, p ayment, operating status and ditribution, etc. This thesis not only solve the current p roblems such as low efficiency, and poor data security during the payment managem ent, but also proviedes a tool to analyze the channels operating status for the mange nt users and agents in some degree. It is possible to promote the channel agents to understanding the own develpment status to fasten transforming, and improve the wo rk efficiency of the channel management users, which is adaptive to the developeme nt in the era of big data.
