Since the birth of knowledge payment in 2016,the knowledge payment market has undergone a process of continuous rise to decline.At present,market homogeneity is serious,and bottlenecks in the development of enterprises.Operators have turned their attention to the content of knowledge payment and began to focus on strategy formulation for content operation.Among many products,the Himalayan FM Humanities History Channel stands out by virtue of its unique content operation strategy.What is its content operation strategy and what lessons can be learned from it has become the focus of attention of the company.This article takes the Himalayan FM Human History Channel as the research object,and conducts specific research from three aspects of content production,content presentation and content dissemination.It is found that the Himalayan FM Human History Channel mainly adopts the following strategies.In terms of content production,the Human History Channel clearly defines the channel's positioning,clearly divides content sources and production methods,and further processes the content based on the five major needs.In terms of content presentation,the humanities history channel has three perspectives:personalization of the channel interface,deepening of scenes,and integration of content organization,making it easier and faster for users to obtain content.In terms of content dissemination,the humanistic history channel is mainly to create a communication matrix and a combination of online and offline,so that the content is delivered to users in a more effective way.However,the content operation strategy of the Himalayan FM Human History Channel still exposes some problems.The first is the neglect of the elderly who require human history knowledge and have a certain ability to pay.The second is that the user payment rate is low and the sustainability is not high.Creation of paid long tail content.For these issues,this article attempts to propose optimization strategies from the following three points:one is to use smart speakers as a breakthrough to develop the silver-haired economy;the other is to improve the payment system and optimize follow-up services;the third is to learn from Chinese reading and create a long-term payment tail class.Ultimately,I hope that through the theoretical exploration of the content management strategy of the FM Human History Channel of Himalayan,it will enrich the research on knowledge payment in academic circles,and provide some publishers and other mobile knowledge payment platforms that intend or have started to deploy knowledge payment services.
