| During the past several years, consumers’ habits and behaviors have been changed dramatically in the mobile internet era, due to the wide prevalence of smart phones and rapid development of mobile internet. Now consumers are demanding more and more on the convenience and const-effectiveness on kinds of internet services. Electronic commence and internet finance are all new forces suddenly rises, which consolidate the foundation for mobile payment and make mobile payment application more and more popular.This thesis, based on telecom operator’s mobile payment platform, investigates the feasibility for telecom operator to integrate electronic finance and mobile payment technologies into its service platform. It introduces the core functions of China Telecom’s Best-pay platform modular by modular and the integration of them. After that, this thesis mainly studies Jiangxi Telecom’s Best-pay operation and maintenance(O&M) platform: including requirements analysis for this O&M platform, its functional architecture and network topology. And then this thesis designs and implements the Best-pay platform’s general O&M sub system, market promotion sub system, NFC O&M(TSM) and TMS subsystem. The deployment and operation results shows that the Jiangxi Best-pay O&M platform designed by this thesis can fulfill the integrated service requirements and it also benefits implementation of service process, fast development and deployment of new service products. |
