With the recent rapid development of China’s e-commerce, the electronic payment becomes the fastest growing economies in the Internet. Electronic payment has penetrated into all areas of life. Such as utilities, taxes, office network, network shopping, e-ticketing and so on. In order to facilitate the payment of several different business systems order, need to integrate orders generated a new unified payment orders. Therefore proposed the integration of paymentAnalysis and design an electronic payment platform which integrate with call center CTI system, IVR voice system, clearing and settlement system. It support for the integration of payment orders of air ticket booking, hotel reservation, booking dinner, online mall and other business systems. Electronic payment platform build a new unified payment orders for allowing customers use CTI systems and IVR voice systems for pay different business systems orders for goods or services. Electronic payment platform connected with a number of business systems, and it responsible for order, order payment, refund, return payment status information, query orders. Electronic payment platform integrate with call center CTI system integration, and integration of the payment page to pay the order. Electronic payment platform integrate with clearing and settlement platform, and the clearing and settlement platforms connected banks.Electronic payment platform is divided into two applications. One used by telephone operator and provide the system interface. It used the J2EE-based Web applications technology development and Struts2+Spring +Hibernate Integration framework for implementation. Another provided external interface. It used the J2EE-based Web Service technology and JAX-WS as a Web Service framework.
