NFC, Near Field Communication, is a standardized short-range high frequencywireless communication technology. NFC can connect with the related equipmentquickly and communicate with it frequently in a short distance. This characteristic ofNFC put it in a dominant position in the field of electronic payment naturally. Mobilephone, the most popular communication terminal, not only has the feature of supportingmobile communication whenever and wherever possible, but also has the advantages ofportability and personality, which provides foundation for making it to be electronicpayment terminal. It enriches the implementation of electronic payment by combiningNFC with the mobile phone.However, the mobile phones which have a function of NFC are mainly flagshipphone of the major mobile phone foreign manufacturers at present. The domesticmobile phone with NFC currently is rare, which limits the development of mobilepayment in our country. Therefore it is necessary to the development of NFC mobilephone based on domestic mobile communication terminal platform.For this reason, this paper designs and realizes the NFC mobile phone withelectronic payment function based on Via CBP7.1platform. The paper firstly discussesthe development status of NFC mobile phone at home and abroad and analyses thefeasibility and meaning of the subject. Then the paper summarizes the related technicalprinciples of mobile electronic payment, such as the principle of electronic payment,NFC fundamentals and the working modes of NFC. After the analysis of the NFC chipdecision, the paper design the hardware architecture of mobile phone base on theCBP7.1platform and the project to realize NFC function based on the Nucleusoperating system software platform.After that, this paper is focused on the analysis of the working principle of NFCprotocol stack and the transplant program under the Nucleus operating system. Andthen the paper makes a detail description of implant on the DAL layer, Driver layer, andOSAL layer separately. After the completion of the NFC protocol stack, it has designedand implemented three kinds of application mode of NFC, such as the reader mode, point to point mode and simulation model.According to the study of NFC function designed and implementation, the paperdesigns a solution with electronic payment system and explains the design points ofeach part at last. The paper has important significance in the further research of NFCmobile phone used in the field of electronic payment.
